Todd Thompson is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and principal consultant at City Benchmark™. He has extensive public sector experience working with municipal, county, and federal government organizations. Most recently, Todd led the planning and integration of continuous improvement training, processes, and systems across a portfolio of not-for-profit hospitals and clinics. He holds an MBA degree from Ohio University and a BA degree from Brigham Young University.

Sonia Perez is operations leader at City Benchmark™. She has 15 years of project management, organizational development, and customer service experience. Sonia is a proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail and a knack for deciphering and simplifying complex operational issues. She earned a Lean Six Sigma certificate with a focus on supply chain and strategic sourcing.
